What I collect
Your name, phone number, email address, job address, and the details you give me about the work you need. I collect this only when you contact me by phone, email, or the enquiry form on this site.
How I use it
To quote and carry out your job, issue invoices and certificates of compliance, and keep the records required by NSW electrical safety and Australian tax law. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who I share it with
Only where necessary: my accountant, wholesalers ordering parts for your job, and regulators or insurers where the law requires it.
Storage and access
Records are kept securely and retained for as long as required by law. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time by emailing wattsupelectrical@outlook.com.au.
